B.1 Franchise Fee
a. $105 per season ($5 per team will pay for MFL fees).
b. Payment for the upcoming season will be due by 11:59pm CST on February 8th annually.
c. Payments are via paypal only. Do not put any comments in the paypal transaction as far as what the money is for. I will know what it is for and who it is from. Select that you are sending money to 'friends and family' and leave the rest blank.
d. 100% payout after MFL fees and yearly $15 graphics update (paid for by the league champion).
B.2 Insurance
a. A one-time $50 insurance fee will be required by each owner. This $50 insurance fee is fully refundable as long as the owner leaves the league in good faith.
b. If an owner purposely tanks his team and quits or is removed from the league for any reason, this fee will not be refunded. Virtually every dynasty league requires some commitment from franchise owners to keep intact the future integrity of their team, so this practice is very standard.
