U. Rookie Draft
a. A 6 round rookie draft will be held each year on May 14th.
b. The draft order will be broken into two categories: teams that make the playoffs and teams that do not.
c. Teams that do not make the playoffs, the draft order will be based on worst All-Play record from weeks 1-13. Tie breaker is total point.
d. Teams that make the playoffs, draft order will be based on how the teams finish in the playoffs with the SB winner picking last.
e. Teams will have 12 hour rolling timer per pick. No exceptions.
