O.1 Posting Contract Years
a. Teams have from the end of UFAA to the end of day (CST) on August 15th to post their entire teams contract years.
b. Teams are more than welcome to declare their teams contract status early, but once you declare, you cannot change your mind.
c. You must declare all contracts at one time prior to demoting any rookie to the PS (exception: rookies draft in rounds 6-8). However, you may wait until the Aug. 15th deadline to assign a contract on any BBW/FCFS player picked up after the team contracts have been assigned.
d. Drafted players without a contract may be traded before the August 15th deadline.
e. Penalty for missing the August 15th contract deadline will be a 35% reduction in said teams GP balance AND a 1 year reduction in their team cap to 115 years.
O.2 Phases of Contract Status
Phase A:
start of rollover until Aug. 15th contract deadline.
Phase B:
Aug.16th until start of week 1.
Phase C:
In-season.
BB/FCFS players picked up in Phase A may wait until Aug. 15th to assign a contract.
BB/FCFS players picked up in Phase B must have a declared contract posted in your House Keep within 24 hours of the transaction otherwise a 1 year deal will be given.
BB/FCFS players picked up in Phase C will automatically get a 1 year deal.
