CC.1 Integrity of the League
a. The integrity of the league must be maintained at all times. Penalties, no matter how small of an infraction, will be handed out by the commish evenly to all teams, without bias, in order to maintain fairness with the integrity of the league as the sole benefactor. b All teams are expected to field a complete lineup with no players on IR or on a bye. c. Failure to submit a complete lineup will result in a 15 GP penalty, which increases at 5 GP increments for each occurrence. If a team does not have 15 GP's, then said team will have twice the GP's removed from next seasons GP rollover. If this team decides to quit the league the following season no refunds for any monies already paid will be given. d. No players listed on IR or OUT may be submitted in a teams lineup. The only exception is if that player was designated as OUT less than 24 hours before his gametime.
IE. Arian Foster twists his ankle during warmups 30 minutes before gametime. If Foster is left in the active lineup, no penalty will be assessed. If Arian Foster is declared OUT more than 24 hours before gametime and Foster is in the active lineup, a penalty will be assessed. If you need to pick up a player off of FCFS waivers to fill a spot, then you must do so. If picking up a FCFS player puts you over the cap limit, then you must also waive a player to create room. e. After 3 occurrences within 1 season, that team may be expelled from the league and funds not returned (commish has final determination on this).
