AA. Replacement Owners
a. If the TDL needs 1 new owner for an orphaned team, the new replacement owner will take over available team as-is.
b. If there are 2 or more teams that are orphaned during the offseason, there will be a dispersal draft consisting of all players and draft picks from each orphaned team.
c. This new owner draft will take place on the forum with draft position determined randomly via a random number generator.
d. At the start of the draft, all players from each orphaned team will be released to free agency along with their draft picks.
Draft picks come as a package and each team must draft 1, and only 1, set of draft picks. You may select a package of draft picks with one of your draft selections at any time. If Team A has the 1.04, 1.06, 1.08, 2.02, 4.10 and Team B has the 4.01 and the 5.01 then each participant has a choice of either all of Team A's picks or all of Team B's picks. They come as a package and each team must select only 1 set.
